I had my second visit to Ritt Dental today and it’s been the most positive dental experience I’ve had as an adult. The office is beautiful, the staff is friendly and make me feel at ease during cleanings. During my first visit I had asked about Invisalign, they needed to do a pre-authorization. They had it all ready for me when I walked into my second visit. Other places I have been, I had to follow up for things like that. Looking forward doing Invisalign with them.

I'm not sure why this dentist office has such great ratings. I needed a dentist in the city and started going here about 2 years ago just for 6 month cleanings. Every experience has been very average, but I have been going for cleanings which seemed simple enough. This past visit will be my last. The dental assistant had no idea what she was doing and was finished cleaning my teeth in about 5 minutes doing the absolute bare minimum. It was clear she was confused the entire time. Each time I go I'm left disappointed, but this visit pushed me to find a new dentist. I would never trust having any work done here due to the lack on knowledge by their staff.

Went today for the first time. The people were great, the office is beautiful, and it was a quick and painless visit. Update: another excellent visit. My only feedback is that there are multiple dentists with similar names. They need to add their address to their appointment confirmations.

I am older, on blood thinners, and have a strong gag reflex. The hygienist, Kayla, was on time, and excellent. The Doctor efficient, reassuring and lovely. The offices are beautiful. A+

Dr. Wilkoff and the team at Ritt Dental are a family of oral care experts who truly love what they do. You instantly feel that Dr. Wilkoff is genuinely happy to share as much information with you and answer any questions. I had my dental cleaning done thoroughly and was proactively scheduled in for a filling and slight cosmetic adjustment a couple days later. The attention to detail as well as the atmosphere of the office is unmatched! I'll be visiting Ritt for my future dental care needs and can't emphasize enough how great this boutique office is.
